Today we had the Traill County Sheriff Mike Crocker and the Hillsboro Chief of Police Ray Weber at our meeting. They demonstrated their drug sniffing yellow Lab. He readily found the drugs in a closed metal filing cabinet. We were all impressed and thankful that such a dog is available to assist in irradiating drugs from our community.

Tonight we open our concession stand at the football field for our first home football game.

Ole and Lena will be serving lutefisk, lefse and Swedish Meatballs at the Moorhead Kiwanis Dinner on Sunday, December 5, 2004, at Minnesota State University Moorhead's Comstock Memorial Union from 10:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.

The new Circle K club is sponsored by both the Fergus Falls Otter Risers and Noon Kiwanis and it held its charter banquet December 7th.

Fergus Falls morning club has set Saturday, April 2nd as the date for their annual fundraising event.

South Point Kiwanis club in Fargo continues to battle the membership problem.

President Larry Rittgarn challenged the 11 members of this club to search out the area for prospects for their club.
