Newly elected Joel Hektner of the Fargo South Point Kiwanis club was installed as the 2009-2010 President on Tuesday October 6th. Joel is the son of Past Governor Vern Hektner of Wahpeton, ND. Vern and First lady Leona served as Governor of our District in 1971-72. The members shown in the photo are from L to R Joe Thomas, President elect, Joel Hektner, President, Steve Rage Immediate Past President, and Pat Rittgarn Secretary. Not pictured were Karin Roseland, Vice President, and Joyce Olson Treasurer.
