Region 2 came together on Kiwanis ONE DAY on April 10, and packaged 28,948 meals for the Kids Against Hunger project. 116 volunteers worked from 1:00 in the afternoon until 7:00 in the evening, and had a great time working on this wonderful project. The Fargo North Key Club promoted the project, including the fund raising to set up the first satellite station in North Dakota for this world wide project.  On Saturday there were 6 Key Clubs, 1 Circle K Club, 6 Kiwanis Clubs and 1 Aktion club working side by side to accomplish this project. Now that we have a permanent site in ND, we hope to do this more then once a year.
