Reminder…..Please note the timeline change beginning 2009-1010….. Minnesota-Dakotas Kiwanis District INTERCLUB AWARD CRITERIA To qualify for an interclub award banner patch, a club must: 1. Have a minimum 2 club members attend each visit. 2. Club must have a minimum of 8 different clubs visited. More that 8 may be reported, but there must be 8 unique clubs visited to qualify. 3. Visit must be to a regular club meeting or club board of directors meeting. (note: conventions, fund raisers, service projects, Lt. Gov. or district Governor's visit DO NOT qualify as a club visit) 4. The visited club may be any K-Family club. (that includes sponsored Key Clubs, Circle K, K-Kids, Aktion and Builders Clubs) 5. The club visited may be in any Min-Dak region or any Kiwanis district. (no location requirement) 6. Note change: Beginning with the 2009-2010 Kiwanis year, the interclub visit timeline will change to coincide with the Kiwanis year – October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010. Award patches will be distributed to qualifying clubs at a later date. 7. The visit must be reported on the club online monthly report. It may also be reported via e-mail or via regular mail the to the district interclub chairperson.
